Holistic therapy • Art • Weaving

A gentler space for healing, creativity and connection.

Shaman Meg offers holistic therapy, art therapy, weaving and creative workshops designed to help people slow down, reconnect and explore what lies beneath the surface.

Therapy sessions are offered by anonymous, pay-what-feels-right donation.

The approach

Healing does not always begin with the right words.

Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want to talk about. Most do not. A session might be a conversation, or it might be an hour of quiet with materials on the table and very little said out loud.

Holistic therapy here means working with the whole of a person — what they are thinking, what they are carrying in their body, what they make with their hands, and what the weather is doing outside. None of that requires you to have found the language for it first.

You will not be asked to perform being well, or to explain yourself before you are ready.

Ways in

Four ways of working together.

Start wherever feels most possible. People often move between these over time, and there is no correct order.

How therapy is paid for

You choose what the session is worth to you.

There is no fixed price for a therapy session. You choose an amount, and that amount does not change the length of the session, the care taken in it, or how soon you can book the next one.

You never need to explain your choice. Meg does not see what you have given until well after the session has finished, and no one else sees it at all.

This exists for one reason: cost should not be what decides whether someone gets support.

  • No fixed therapy price, and no minimum you are pushed towards.
  • The amount you choose does not change the session in any way.
  • No justification is asked for, at any point.
  • Donations are private. There is no donor list and no public thank-yous.
  • You can book first and decide about payment afterwards.

How the word “anonymous” is used here: Payments are handled by a secure payment provider, which collects the details it needs for card security, receipts and legal compliance. 'Anonymous' means your name and the amount are never displayed publicly or shared beyond what is operationally required — it does not mean the payment provider sees nothing.

Choose your donation

These are suggestions, not prices. None of them is expected.

Choose an amount

Choose an amount that feels manageable and fair for you. It will not change the session.

Continue to booking

The amount you choose does not change the session in any way, and you are never asked to explain it. Donations are not tax deductible.

Original work, woven pieces and prints.

Each piece is made slowly, mostly from natural materials, and comes with the story of how it was made.

Meet Meg

I do not believe people need to arrive with the perfect words.

I am a holistic therapist, artist and weaver. I work from Placeholder: STUDIO ADDRESS, and online with people who are further away or who find leaving the house difficult.

Most of what I do sits somewhere between conversation and making. I came to this work through my own creative practice rather than through a clinic, and that shapes how the sessions feel — slower, less formal, and much less interested in whether you are saying the right thing.

Sometimes the first step is simply having a space where nothing needs to be performed or explained.

Meg

When you are ready

Begin wherever you are.

You do not need a clear plan, the right words, or any previous experience with art or therapy. You do not need to have decided what the problem is. Arriving is genuinely enough to start with.
