Terms and Conditions

Shaman Meg provides holistic wellbeing support, art-based activities and creative workshops.

These services are not medical or psychological treatment. They do not include diagnosis, prescription, clinical assessment, or reports for legal, medical, insurance or employment purposes.

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Until then, the time is not held.

You must be at least 18 to book a session for yourself. Workshops list their own age suitability, and participants under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian.

Meg may decline or end a booking where she believes the service is not appropriate or not safe for the person booking. Where that happens, anything already paid is refunded in full.

Therapy sessions are offered on a pay-what-feels-right basis. There is no fixed fee and no minimum expectation.

The amount you choose has no effect on the length, content or quality of the session, or on your ability to book again.

You may choose to pay at the time of booking or after the session. Where a payment provider requires a minimum transaction amount, that minimum is a limitation of the provider rather than a price set by Shaman Meg.

Donations to Shaman Meg are not tax deductible. Shaman Meg is not endorsed as a deductible gift recipient and does not issue tax-deductible receipts.

These carry set prices, shown in Australian dollars.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through Placeholder: PAYMENT PROVIDER. Your order is confirmed by email.

Buying a piece of artwork transfers the physical object to you. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

You are welcome to photograph work you own and share it. Please do not reproduce it commercially, or use it to train machine learning systems, without written permission.

All text, imagery and design on this website remain the property of Shaman Meg.

Workshops are shared spaces. Behaviour that makes the space unsafe or unwelcoming for others may end your participation without refund.

Please do not photograph or record other participants without asking them first.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Beyond those rights, Shaman Meg's liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.

You take part in workshops and use materials at your own risk. Tell Meg about allergies, injuries or health conditions that could be affected before the session begins.

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to you is the one published at the time of your booking or purchase.
