Dust with a soft brush. Keep out of prolonged direct sun, and away from damp — the fibre will take up moisture.
Returns and cancellations are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The base is thrown and burnished, then the coiling is stitched straight onto it, row over row, until the fibre has taken over the form entirely.
It is slow work and it shows: the stitch tension shifts as the piece climbs, so the surface tightens and loosens the way bark does.
Placeholder: MATERIALS AND MAKING NOTES — to be confirmed with Meg.
