Weaving as Meditation
Three hours at a small frame loom, working slowly enough that the hands lead and the thinking quietens.

A half-day of colour, paper and no finished piece — for people who stopped making things a long time ago.
Most people arrive at this workshop saying some version of 'I can't draw'. That is genuinely fine, and it is not what the day is about.
We work with colour, paper, ink and collage in short, low-stakes exercises. Nothing is displayed unless you want it to be. Nothing is discussed unless you raise it.
The aim is to spend a few hours making marks without an audience in your head. What comes out of that is yours to keep, keep private, or throw away on the way home.
