Beginner Frame Loom Workshop

The practical one. Warp a loom, learn four stitches, and go home able to do it again on your own.

This is the workshop to book if you want to actually learn to weave rather than to use weaving as a way to slow down — although that tends to happen anyway.

You will warp a frame loom from scratch, learn plain weave, rya knots, soumak and how to finish an edge, and leave with your own small piece and a loom you can keep using.

No experience assumed. If you have woven before, you will still find the pace comfortable rather than slow.
